Deputy Pauline Tully asked the Minister for Justice if An Garda Síochána or her Department has made funding applications for projects under the EU anti-fraud programmes in the years 2021 and 2022 and to date in 2023; if so, the applications that were approved, in tabular form; and if she will make a statement on the matter. I can inform the Deputy that my Department has not made funding applications for projects under the EU anti-fraud programmes in the years specified.

I have sought the information requested by the Deputy from An Garda Síochána and will write to the Deputy when this information is to hand.
