View answerThe National Parks and Wildlife Service of my Department has significantly invested in the car parking infrastructure as well as footpaths and trails in Killarney National Park in recent years. Torc waterfall is, of course, one of the most iconic sites on the Ring of Kerry. The number of visitors to the site is in excess of 30,000 people per year, with the busiest months being July and August. The NPWS are reviewing signage and road markings in the Torc car parking order to address some of the issues raised.
