Deputy Holly Cairns asked the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth further to Parliamentary Question No. 140 of 31 May 2023, to publish the findings of the Joint Review commissioned by the HSE and Tusla to establish the circumstances of this issue and the learnings from it (details supplied).
