Deputy Michael McNamara asked the Minister for Transport if his Department or the Irish Coast Guard has or had in its possessions drone footage and audio and visual recordings footage from an Irish Coast Rescue helicopter of the rescue attempt of a person (details supplied) on the day of their death. In the circumstances where the Coroner's Inquest into the death of IRCG volunteer Caitríona Lucas is ongoing it is not appropriate for the Department to comment on matters that will form part of that inquest.
