334. Deputy David Cullinane asked the Minister for Health to outline the details of any correspondence between a company (details supplied) and BAM representatives in December 2022; the nature of the correspondence; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [30349/23]

I am unable to outline the details and nature of correspondence that issued in December 2022 between the main contractor and another private company, details supplied by the Deputy, as the Department of Health was not party to such correspondence and does not hold any records of same.
