Deputy David Cullinane asked the Minister for Health to outline the number of meetings of the Design Sub Committee (DSC) of the NPHDP where directions issued to BAM under clause 4.4.1 -1(a) were discussed; the time, date and location of such meetings; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The National Paediatric Hospital Development Board (NPHDB) has statutory responsibility for planning, designing, building, and equipping the new children's hospital. I have therefore referred your question to the NPHDB for direct reply.
