Deputy Peadar Tóibín asked the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth the number of times persons have taken legal cases against Tusla since it was established; the number of cases concluded; the number of cases still ongoing; and the number of times the courts have ruled against Tusla in that time period.
