Deputy Peadar Tóibín asked the Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth the number of mothers of children in foster care that have died in each of the years 2015 to 2019 and to date in 2023; and the number of mothers that died in each of the 17 service areas of Tusla.
