Deputy Peadar Tóibín asked the Minister for Health if there has been any delay with the progressing of a second CT scanner for Connolly Hospital; and if his attention has been drawn to the long delays being faced by critically ill patients in terms of diagnosis due to the lack of a second CT scanner.
