751. Deputy David Cullinane asked the Minister for Health to outline, in tabular form, all Department of Health and HSE expenditure on non-HSE organisations, including outsourcing of care, assessments, recruitment, diagnostics, legal, professional and consultancy fees and any other service delivered for the HSE or his Department by a non-HSE organisation for the years 2018 to 2022; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
