1204. Deputy Paul Murphy asked the Minister for Health in relation to the spring implants which have been used in Temple Street Hospital for spinal surgery in patients with spinal muscular atrophy and spina bifida, which vendor supplied these implants; and whether their use has been marked in each patient’s notes by a sticker or otherwise.
