Deputy Róisín Shortall asked the Minister for Health the response time for a direct service to a caller to HSE Live outside the hours of 9-5, Monday to Friday; the response time figures for the past three months; if a log is kept of the different types of concerns raised; if a log is kept as to whom the concerns have been forwarded for action; if the data collated by HSE live is included in the Annual Report of the National Safeguarding Office; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
