711. Deputy Patrick Costello asked the Minister for Education when her Department will give approval for the works to be carried out to a school (details supplied), given the appointed contractor cannot proceed without this approval in place. [38771/23]
View answerThe school to which the Deputy refers is at an advanced stage of the tender process. The identified bidder is finalising documentation required by my Department in accordance with the conditions of the Letter of Intent. Once this outstanding documentation is received, and subject to no issues arising, the matter will be considered further.
