View answerI can confirm that correspondence has been recently received by the Department of Health in relation to the case referred to by the Deputy. This has been referred to the HSE in relation to potential aspects concerning the provision of mental health care for this person. Separately, issues raised in respect of Disability Allowance in this case would be a matter for the Department of Social Protection..
