383. Deputy Michael Healy-Rae asked the Minister for Social Protection the reason that a person does not qualify for a grant (details supplied); and if she will make a statement on the matter. [42111/23]
View answerThe Treatment Benefit Scheme provides dental, optical and aural services to insured workers, the self-employed, retired people and their dependant spouse/partner who have the required number of social insurance (PRSI) contributions. The Department has contacted the person concerned and the appropriate grant will be paid in respect of her claim.
