Deputy Ivana Bacik asked the Minister for Finance if the Central Bank owns properties or sites which are vacant or derelict; if so, the number and addresses of such properties; if they are recorded on the vacancy or dereliction registers; and the reason for which they are vacant or derelict, in tabular form. I am advised by the Central Bank of Ireland that it does not hold any properties or sites that are vacant or derelict as per the Derelict Sites Act 1990, and that consequently the Central bank does not have any premises or sites recorded on Dublin City Council’s Derelict Sites register.
