Deputy Violet-Anne Wynne asked the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment the full complement of buildings and lands owned by his Department, or by agencies under the aegis of his Department in County Clare; if they are currently in use, in tabular form; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My Department does not own any property. My Department and its Offices are tenants in ten buildings across the country including the Workplace Relations Commission office at Suite 19, Block A, Clare Technology Park, Gort Rd, Ennis, Co. Clare, provided to it through the Office of Public Works (OPW) who manage the State's property portfolio on behalf of Government Departments. 

With regard to agencies under the aegis of my Department, while this is an operational matter for the agencies themselves, I have requested responses and this information is set out in tabular form below:
