View answerThe applicant named was subject to a Statutory Management Requirement (SMR) 7 inspection relating to Cattle Identification and Registration. This inspection was carried out on 31st of January 2023 and a 1% penalty was applied as a result of a non-compliance relating to Cattle Identification and Registration. The applicant was notified of the inspection outcome on the 14th March 2023.
The ANC advance payment issued to the applicant on 26th October 2023. The 2023 BISS payment has not issued to the applicant to date as there is an issue with application of inspection penalties which is impacting a small number of herds. This is expected to be resolved shortly and this will allow any BISS payments due to the applicant to be processed.
