506. Deputy Carol Nolan asked the Minister for Rural and Community Development the titles of the White Papers published by her Department from 2008 to date; if she will provide online links to these papers; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [52986/23]
View answerI can confirm to the Deputy that since the establishment of my Department in 2017 my Department has published no White Papers.
However, I would note that the general scheme of the Charities (Amendment) Bill was published in April 2022 and is available at www.gov.ie/en/publication/0dfac-general-scheme-charities-amendment-bill-2022. I intend to have a finalised Bill for the consideration of Government in the very near future.
