Deputy Louise O'Reilly asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Defence how much his Department has spent on advertising on a website (details supplied) for each of the years 2019 to 2022 and to date 2023, in tabular form; and whether his Department will still run advertisements on the platform going forward due to issues. View answerMy Department has spent the following on advertising on the X/Twitter website. This was done by the Office of Emergency Planning to highlight the Be Summer and Be Winter Ready Campaigns. The OEP has not advertised with X (formerly Twitter) since March 2023.
