317. Deputy Thomas Gould asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage whether he has issued a circular detailing the formula to be used for assessing social housing means policy. [55944/23]

The revised Household Means Policy (HMP) and accompanying guidance, which sets out the manner in which local authorities will assess household means was issued to all local authorities as part of Housing Circular 10/2021 in March 2021.
