Deputy Michael McNamara asked the Minister for Justice if she will provide the average and median length of time between the tribunal affirmation of a recommendation referred to in section 39 (3)(c) made in respect of an application, and the conclusion of the subsequent Minister's review of decision made under subsection (4)(b) in respect of the applicant concerned reviews concluded since February 2020; and if she will provide that figure per month over that period.
