Deputy Steven Matthews asked the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage further to Parliamentary Question No. 347 of 23 January 2024, a timeline for the completion and publication of the departmental review of well water grants; if this is being prioritised by his Department; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I can confirm that a review of the private wells grant schemes is ongoing. As part of this review, my Department is engaging with key stakeholders in the Rural Water Sector. I expect to receive recommendations for my consideration shortly.
