Deputy Jennifer Whitmore asked the Minister for the Environment, Climate and Communications whether he is aware that the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland free energy upgrade scheme currently has a waiting time between application and completion of works in the region of 24 months; the steps he is taking to address this unacceptably long waiting time; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
