929. Deputy Richard Boyd Barrett asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine to provide a breakdown of the lease agreements that Coillte has entered by category (e.g. agricultural); and if he will make a statement on the matter. [13570/24]

Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine

Coillte was established as a private commercial company under the Forestry Act, 1988. Day-to-day operational matters, such as lease agreements, are the responsibility of the company.

I have referred the matter to Coillte for direct follow-up with the Deputy.
