186. Deputy Michael Ring asked the Minister for Health when the HSE became aware that a project (details supplied) would not meet its original completion date of October 2020; who communicated that information; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [15771/24]

As the Health Service Executive (HSE) holds responsibility for the provision, along with the maintenance and operation of Primary Care Centres, I have asked the HSE to respond to the Deputy directly, as soon as possible.
