178. Deputy Michael Healy-Rae asked the Minister for Transport if he will address a matter with regard to advertising by the RSA (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. [17879/24]
View answerUnder the Road Safety Authority Act 2006, the Road Safety Authority (RSA) has statutory responsibility for the promotion of road safety awareness, advertising, and the dissemination of road safety information and the information being requested is held by them. I have therefore referred the question to the RSA for direct, detailed reply. I would ask the Deputy to contact my office if a response is not received within 10 days.
