Deputy Richard Boyd Barrett asked the Minister for Education the number of years a school (details supplied) will remain at another location; if the specialist rooms, for example, the science lab, will be in place and ready for use when the new school year begins in August 2024; and if she will make a statement on the matter. View answerIn reference to the school referred to by the Deputy, my Department can confirm that it is envisaged that the school will remain at the other location for approximately 3 years.
My Department will endeavour to ensure that the specialist rooms are being prioritised for September 2024 and will continue to keep the school updated through its Patron Body, as the project progresses.
