Deputy Carol Nolan asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Defence the number of employees within his Department and bodies under the aegis of his Department who are currently suspended on full pay pending disciplinary investigations; to outline, in tabular form, the length of time these employees have been under suspension; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Tánaiste and Minister for Defence

There are currently no employees within my Department or within bodies under the aegis of my Department who are suspended on full pay pending disciplinary investigations. The only State body under the aegis of my Department is the Army Pensions Board and its secretary is provided from the staff of my Department.
