The Control of Exports Act 2008 requires that, as soon as practicable after the end of each year, the Minister must prepare and lay before each House of the Oireachtas, a report on the operation, in the previous year, of the Act.

The Report details the licensing activity by the Department for the previous year. It provides data on the licences issued, including the number, value and destination, by category of goods.

The Control of Exports Act 2008, covering the period 1st January to 31st December 2023 is currently being finalised and will be published in the coming weeks.
