Deputy Catherine Murphy asked the Minister for Justice to provide a breakdown of the amount of her Department's pre-committed capital expenditure under the National Development Plan that will be dedicated to An Garda Síochána capital building programme in each of the years 2024 to 2026, in tabular form. View answerFollowing intensive negotiations with the Department of Public Expenditure, NDP Delivery and Reform, my Department has secured an additional €93m for capital projects across the Justice Sector bringing the total capital budget to €930m for the years 2024-2026.
The revised capital allocations for the Garda Vote are set out in the table below.
