The Eco-Scheme application was submitted as part of the BISS 2023 online application. At the time of submitting their application, the applicant selected to 'Opt Out' of the Eco-Scheme.
I note a request for an internal review of this matter has been received from your office. This review will be carried out and a letter of decision will issue on the matter shortly to the applicant.
