PRESS REPORT OF PROCEEDINGS.
The ACTING PRESIDENT, in reply to a question from Ald. T. KELLY (St. Stephen's Green), stated that a report of the previous day's proceedings had been issued to the Press, but was refused publication by the English Government. Copies of this report had already been sent abroad. Steps will be taken to have the report printed and circulated after the conclusion of the Session.
