DÁIL IN COMMITTEE. - WAYS AND MEANS RESOLUTION.

The money has been voted. Now a Resolution is necessary to give us permission to take it out, and I beg to move:—"That towards making good the supply granted for the Services of the year ending on the 31st day of March, 1923, there shall be granted out of the Central Fund such sum as, together with sums already issued for supply services out of the Consolidated Fund of the Provisional Government, shall amount to the aggregate of thirty-eight millions fifty-one thousand and eighty-six pounds." It is simply the authority to discharge the administration of these services.
