To ask the Minister for Defence if he can state when a bicycle, requisitioned from Mr. J.P. O'Neill, of Mainguard Street, Galway, on 14th October, 1922, by the Military Authorities, will be handed back to the owner, who requires this machine in the pursuit of his business.
