CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. - ARREST AT PORTARLINGTON. (DANIEL FLYNN).

To ask the Minister for Defence if he can state the reason for the arrest of Daniel Flynn, Emo, Portarlington, on 13th January, 1923, and for his continued detention in Portlaoighise Prison; if Flynn denies having any connection with Irregular Forces, and seeing that he is prepared to give the usual undertaking, if he will favourably consider the question of having him released at once.

Enquiries are being made in this case, but they have not yet been completed.
