CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. - MOTOR MECHANIC'S PAY.

To ask the Minister for Defence if he is aware that a motor mechanic employed by Mr. John Macken, Castle Street, Roscommon, worked at repairs in Roscommon Barracks for fifty-seven days, without receiving any payment. Further, to ask if Mr. Macken will be compensated for loss of his employé's wages.

I am aware that a motor mechanic employed by Mr. Macken worked in Roscommon Barracks and that he received no payment. The question of compensating Mr. Macken is under consideration.
