Vol. 3 No. 13

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. [ORAL ANSWERS.] - INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE OF COMMERCE.

asked the Minister for Industry and Commerce whether Saorstát Eireann has joined the International Institute of Commerce, and whether he can see his way to supplying to the Deputies' Reading Room the valuable monthly compilation of statistics issued by the Institute.

The question of joining the International Institute of Commerce has been considered, but a decision has for the time being been deferred. A copy of its "Monthly Statistical Statement" is received regularly, and is used for administrative purposes. I do not, however, consider that the supply of literature for the Deputies' Reading Room is a matter within my province.
