Vol. 3 No. 21

[ WRITTEN ANSWERS. ] - KERRY CONTRACTOR'S CLAIM.

SEAMUS O CRUADHLAOICH

asked the Minister for Defence whether he is aware the sum of £350, approximately, is due to Mr. William O'Connor, victualler, Tarbet, for meat delivered to the garrison in Tarbet, Kerry, within the last five months, and that repeated applications have been made for payment without effect; whether the Minister will see that this Bill is paid immediately, as Mr. O'Connor cannot afford to have £250 outstanding.

Accounts from Mr. O'Connor amounting to £227 12s. 1d. were recently received at G.H.Q., and settled. Local inquiries are being made as to outstanding accounts, if any.
