Vol. 3 No. 28

PRIVATE NOTICE QUESTION.

asked the Minister for Defence whether any charge has been, or is to be, preferred against Robert Gilbert of Clonsilla, Co. Dublin, and Dunshaughlin, Co. Meath, who has been under arrest since May 3rd, 1923, and is now in custody in Trim, and if not whether he is prepared, having regard to the fact that the prisoner is now in bad health, and is prepared to sign the necessary undertaking, to inquire into the case with a view to early release.

Mr. Gilbert's case has been considered, and he is being released forthwith.
