Vol. 3 No. 29

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. [ORAL ANSWERS.] - KINSALE INTERNEES—QUESTION OF RELEASE.

asked the Minister for Defence if he will give consideration to the question of the immediate release of Donald and James O'Donovan, of Kinsale, Co. Cork, both of whom are at present interned at the Curragh, and who are prepared to sign the usual form of undertaking as to their future activities.

The advisability of releasing Donald O'Donovan, who has signed the usual form of undertaking, is being favourably considered. Inquiries into the case of James O'Donovan are proceeding. I will communicate the result to the Deputy at an early date.
