Vol. 6 No. 2

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - CLONAKILTY CLAIM AGAINST MILITARY.

asked the Minister for Defence whether he is aware that Messrs. O'Donovan and O'Leary, of Clonakilty, Co. Cork, have repeatedly furnished details of an account of £130 odd due to them for hirage and commandeering of cars by the National Army at Clonakilty, Co. Cork, that payment has not yet been made to this firm, and whether payment of this account will be expedited.

No claim of the kind mentioned has been received from Messrs. O'Donovan and O'Leary. If details of the claim are sent to the Chief Claims Officer, Portobello Barracks, it will have due attention.
