Vol. 6 No. 13

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - WOUNDED EX-SOLDIER'S CLAIM.

asked the Minister for Defence whether he has received a claim from Volunteer William Mooney (52861, B. Co., 2nd Infantry Battalion, Athlone Command), Clooneen, Fivealley, Birr, who was severely wounded on August 11th, 1922, and subsequently discharged as medically unfit on September 16th, 1923, and whether, in view of the very poor circumstances of the applicant, he will order an immediate decision in this particular case?

A claim has been received from Mr. Mooney, whose disability is about to be assessed by a Medical Board. A decision will be expedited.
