Vol. 6 No. 23

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - MILTOWN-MALBAY COMPENSATION CLAIM.

asked the Minister for Finance if payment to John Finucane, Miltown-Malbay, Co. Clare, of the award made by the Compensation (Personal Injuries) Committee in respect of the death of his wife in April, 1921, will be expedited.

No recommendation for an award of compensation in this case has yet been made by the Compensation (Personal Injuries) Committee, who have not yet been able to hear the case. As the hearing of claims by the Committee is proceeding rapidly, it is expected that the case of John Finucane will be dealt with at an early date.
