I beg to move:—
That for carrying out the provisions of any Act of the present Session to provide for the establishment of Courts of Justice according to the Constitution, and for the better administration of justice, it is expedient to authorise (in addition to the charge upon the Central Fund authorised by resolution of Dáil Eireann passed on the 25th day of September, 1923), the charge upon the Central Fund of the remuneration and pensions of the justices of the District Court, and until such charge takes effect, to be paid out of moneys to be provided by the Oireachtas.
