Vol. 7 No. 10

CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - CO. CORK COMPENSATION CLAIM.

SEAN O DUINNIN

asked the Minister for Finance if he will state what decision was arrived at by the Compensation (Personal Injuries) Committee in respect of the claim made by the parents of the little boy, John Donovan, of Knockraha, Co. Cork, which was heard about three months ago when evidence was taken in the case.

The investigations of the Compensation (Personal Injuries) Committee in regard to this case have not yet been completed. It is hoped that the case will be disposed of at an early date.
