DOMHNALL O MUIRGHEASA

asked the Minister for Defence if he will expedite payment of compensation in the case of Patrick Byrne, Ruan, Upperchurch, Thurles, who was killed while serving with the National Army at Cashel, Co. Tipperary.

Mrs. Byrne's claim has been assessed, and payment of the award will be made forthwith.
