Established messengers who are employed in supervising groups of unestablished messengers or on individual duties of a more responsible character, are paid on the scale of £80 per annum, by annual increments of £5 per annum, plus bonus, to £120 per annum, plus bonus, which at the existing cost of living figure, gives a total remuneration ranging from £152 to £214 per annum.
