CEISTEANNA—QUESTIONS. ORAL ANSWERS. - LAND COMMISSION PROSECUTION IN DONEGAL.

asked the Minister for Lands and Agriculture if he will state what number of processes has been issued by the State Solicitor for Co. Donegal at suit of Land Commission as Plaintiffs for coming June Quarter Sessions for (1) seventy-five per cent. compounded arrears of one year's rent, (2) two half-year's payment in lieu of rent, viz., 1st November, 1923, and 1st May, 1924, (3) one half-year's payment in lieu of rent, viz., 1st May, 1924, (4) for compounded arrears of rent and payment in lieu of rent already paid, (5) approximate costs of processes before and after entry.

Mr. HOGAN

The notice given of this question was too short to enable the required particulars to be obtained. I shall be glad, therefore, if the Deputy would put down the question again some day next week.

Would Wednesday of next week be convenient?

Mr. HOGAN

It would.
