I am unable to state at present when I will be in a position to submit to the Dáil a Broadcasting Scheme for the Saorstát on the lines recommended by the Committee of the Dáil. The matter, which involves a good deal of investigation and consideration, is receiving special attention, and no time will be lost in framing the scheme.
